PJKT 72 and Contract Highwall Mining (CHM) have formally launched Part Certainly one of a significant metallurgical coal prospecting initiative in Jackson County, Alabama.

This initiative is being led on-site by MetWave Mining Co., a mining and operations firm wholly owned by PJKT 72, its sole member, and positions Alabama as a key participant in America’s industrial resurgence – supplying essential gas for steelmaking, strengthening home provide chains, and supporting high-paying jobs throughout the area.

As a part of Part One, MetWave has authorised CHM to file a prospecting allow with the State of Alabama, marking the primary formal step towards full-scale growth of one of many Southeast’s most dear metallurgical coal reserves.

CHM has engaged McGehee Engineering, a trusted Alabama-based agency, to finish geological mapping, allowing coordination, and all technical documentation required by the state to start exploration.

Importantly, MetWave Mining Co. is at present working with Keller Logging Firm, the floor proprietor of the land, to make sure lawful and cooperative entry to the subsurface mineral property. Underneath the management of latest CEO Allen Keller, Keller Logging has offered cheap entry throughout the property – in accordance with Alabama regulation, which grants mineral rights holders entry to their assets.

The 5888-acre web site is estimated to carry between 34 and 50 million t of premium metallurgical coal – a key enter for international metal manufacturing. This prospecting effort will validate present geological fashions and inform future mine growth and operations.

As a part of its broader dedication to accountable power growth, PJKT 72 is advancing a pioneering blockchain-based ESG platform to digitally confirm the carbon content material, possession, and lifecycle of its coal reserves. This Coal Mitigation Verification Initiative ensures transparency, allows credible ESG reporting, and lays the groundwork for future carbon credit score compatibility – serving to to place Alabama as a pacesetter in clear, traceable American power manufacturing.
